How I Met Your Mother is an American sitcom follows Ted Mosby and his group of friends in Manhattan. As a framing device, Ted, in the year 2030, recounts to his son and daughter the events that led him to meeting their mother. As the years go on, changes cause the group to drift apart, but they reunite one more time for Ted';s wedding. Meanwhile, a monumental event causes Barney to finally change his ways.
