Shank is an action film for the youth generation, set in a decaying future London. Shank delivers a ruthless vision of forthcoming urban life, where guns have been superseded by knives and are fiercely wielded by aimless youths. A gang set out on a chase to avenge the murder of one of their own.

Shank boasts some lively direction and has a couple of nice ideas but is ultimately let down by a repetitive script, some poor performances and a dodgy central message.
